The WBS 3X Project is a transformational 3-day immersive journey designed exclusively for startup founders, entrepreneurs, and dreamers ready to take their ventures to the next level. Set in a vibrant and creative environment—be it a scenic resort, cozy residential hostel, or collaborative founder’s house—this retreat is more than just an escape from routine.
Day 1: Thursday Evening - Arrival & Kickoff
- Check-In & Welcome: Arrive at the accommodation (hostel, villa, or house) and get settled.
- Welcome Dinner: Join fellow entrepreneurs for an introductory dinner.
- Opening Circle: Icebreaker session to get to know everyone, set intentions, and discuss the weekend agenda.
- Vision Setting Activity: Engage in a guided exercise to outline your personal and professional goals for the trip, creating a roadmap for the weekend.
Day 2: Friday - Connection & Collaboration
- Morning Workshop: “Unlocking Growth”—entrepreneurial insights and growth-focused discussions.
- Networking Brunch: Connect with other founders over a relaxed meal.
- Afternoon Mastermind Sessions: Group discussions tackling real-life business challenges and strategies.

Day 3: Saturday - Learning & Adventure

Day 4: Sunday - Reflection & Farewell

Additional Meals & Beverages: Any meals or drinks outside the scheduled meals provided.
Personal Expenses: Items such as souvenirs, personal purchases, and non-included activities.
Insurance: Health, travel, or personal accident insurance is not included.
Extended Stays: Any additional nights beyond the program duration.
- 50% of the total fee is required as a non-refundable deposit and must be paid at least 30 days before the tour start date.
- The remaining 50% balance must be paid no later than 10 days before the start of the tour.
- Failure to complete the full payment by the specified deadlines will result in forfeiture of your spot on the tour, without a refund of the initial deposit.
1. Code of Conduct and Behavior
- Respectful and professional behavior is expected from all participants. Any form of misbehavior, including harassment, discrimination, or disruptive conduct, will not be tolerated.
- WBS reserves the right to remove any participant who engages in inappropriate behavior without a refund or liability.
2. Alcohol and Substance Policy
- Consumption of alcohol or any prohibited substances is strictly forbidden during the tour.
- Violation of this policy will result in immediate termination from the tour and a permanent ban from future WBS events, without refund.
Application & Selection Process

Step 1: Application Submission
Applicants must complete the online application form available on our website and pay a ₹99 application fee through the available online payment method.
Step 2: Application Review
All applications will be carefully reviewed to assess the applicant’s profile, entrepreneurial mindset, and alignment with our mission.
Step 3: Verification Process
Our team may contact shortlisted applicants via phone or email to verify their basic details, entrepreneurial background, and vision.
Step 4: Selection & Initial Payment
Selected applicants will receive an official selection confirmation via email and will be required to pay 50% of the total program fee to secure their seat.
Step 5: Final Payment
The remaining 50% of the program fee must be paid at least 10 days before the commencement of the journey.
Travel Rules & Terms – Guidelines for WBS 3X Yatra
Minimum Age
The participant must be at least 21 years of age.
Timely Application
It is mandatory to apply at least 30 days before the date of travel.
Payment Deadline
The required fee must be paid within 2 days of receiving the selection email. In case of delay, the opportunity will be offered to the next participant on the waiting list.
Non-Refundable Policy
The fee once paid is strictly non-refundable. Please make your payment only after careful consideration.
Unique Stays
Accommodation will be arranged at peaceful, natural, and unique locations that encourage self-reflection and creativity.
Strictly No Alcohol
Alcohol and intoxicating substances are strictly prohibited. Any violation will result in immediate termination of membership.
