Bharat Udyam Sangh WBS 3X Yatra Entrepreneurs Tour Itinerary
The WBS 3X Project is a transformational 3-day immersive journey designed exclusively for startup founders, entrepreneurs, and dreamers ready to take their ventures to the next level. Set in a vibrant and creative environment—be it a scenic resort, cozy residential hostel, or collaborative founder’s house—this retreat is more than just an escape from routine.
Day 1: Thursday Evening - Arrival & Kickoff
- Check-In & Welcome: Arrive at the accommodation (hostel, villa, or house) and get settled.
- Welcome Dinner: Join fellow entrepreneurs for an introductory dinner.
- Opening Circle: Icebreaker session to get to know everyone, set intentions, and discuss the weekend agenda.
- Vision Setting Activity: Engage in a guided exercise to outline your personal and professional goals for the trip, creating a roadmap for the weekend.
Day 2: Friday - Connection & Collaboration
- Morning Workshop: “Unlocking Growth”—entrepreneurial insights and growth-focused discussions.
- Networking Brunch: Connect with other founders over a relaxed meal.
- Afternoon Mastermind Sessions: Group discussions tackling real-life business challenges and strategies.
- Evening Group Activity: Local exploration or a bonding experience with the group, such as a team-building game or city tour.
Day 3: Saturday - Learning & Adventure
- Morning Keynote Session: An inspirational talk from a successful entrepreneur.
- Breakout Workshops: Interactive skill sessions focused on areas like digital marketing, leadership, or innovation.
- Outdoor Adventure: Afternoon team activity like hiking, exploring cultural sites, or adventure sports.
- Evening Bonfire & Reflection: Gather around for shared stories, personal insights, and community bonding.
Day 4: Sunday - Reflection & Farewell
Breakfast & Reflection Circle: Discuss takeaways and future goals with the group.

Accommodation: Comfortable and scenic hostels, villas, or houses. ( Sharing Basis )

Additional Meals & Beverages: Any meals or drinks outside the scheduled meals provided.
Personal Expenses: Items such as souvenirs, personal purchases, and non-included activities.
Insurance: Health, travel, or personal accident insurance is not included.
Extended Stays: Any additional nights beyond the program duration.
- 50% of the total fee is required as a non-refundable deposit and must be paid at least 15 days before the tour start date.
- The remaining 50% balance must be paid no later than 3 days before the start of the tour.
- Failure to complete the full payment by the specified deadlines will result in forfeiture of your spot on the tour, without a refund of the initial deposit.
1. Code of Conduct and Behavior
- Respectful and professional behavior is expected from all participants. Any form of misbehavior, including harassment, discrimination, or disruptive conduct, will not be tolerated.
- WBS reserves the right to remove any participant who engages in inappropriate behavior without a refund or liability.
2. Alcohol and Substance Policy
- Consumption of alcohol or any prohibited substances is strictly forbidden during the tour.
- Violation of this policy will result in immediate termination from the tour and a permanent ban from future WBS events, without refund.
चयन प्रक्रिया

👉 कृपया ध्यान दें: यात्रा प्रारंभ होने से कम से कम 30 दिन पहले आवेदन करना अनिवार्य है।
चरण 1: आवेदन फॉर्म भरना (Application Submission)
आवेदक को हमारी वेबसाइट पर उपलब्ध ऑनलाइन फॉर्म भरना होगा। साथ ही ₹99 की नॉन-रिफंडेबल एप्लीकेशन फीस ऑनलाइन माध्यम से जमा करनी होगी।
चरण 2: आवेदन की समीक्षा (Application Review)
प्राप्त आवेदनों की गहन समीक्षा की जाएगी, जिसमें यह देखा जाएगा कि आवेदक की प्रोफ़ाइल और सोच हमारे उद्यमिता मिशन से मेल खाती है या नहीं।
चरण 3: सत्यापन प्रक्रिया (Verification Process)
हमारी टीम द्वारा आवेदक से फ़ोन कॉल या ईमेल के माध्यम से संपर्क कर बेसिक डिटेल्स और विज़न की पुष्टि की जाएगी।
चरण 4: चयन की सूचना एवं आंशिक भुगतान (Initial Payment)
चयनित आवेदकों को ईमेल द्वारा चयन की सूचना दी जाएगी और उन्हें कुल शुल्क का 50% भुगतान करना होगा ताकि उनकी सीट सुरक्षित की जा सके।
चरण 5: अंतिम भुगतान (Final Payment)
ट्रिप शुरू होने से कम से कम 3 दिन पहले आवेदक को शेष 50% राशि का भुगतान करना अनिवार्य होगा।
यात्रा नियम एवं शर्तें – WBS 3X Yatra के लिए दिशानिर्देश
न्यूनतम आयु (Minimum Age)
प्रतिभागी की आयु कम से कम 21 वर्ष होनी चाहिए।
समय पर आवेदन (Timely Application)
यात्रा से कम से कम 20 दिन पहले आवेदन करना अनिवार्य है।
भुगतान समयसीमा (Payment Deadline)
चयन मेल प्राप्त होने के 2 दिन के भीतर शुल्क जमा करना आवश्यक है। विलंब की स्थिति में अगले प्रतीक्षारत प्रतिभागी को अवसर दिया जाएगा।
धनवापसी नीति (Non-Refundable Policy)
जमा किया गया शुल्क अवापसी योग्य (Non-Refundable) है। कृपया सोच-समझकर ही भुगतान करें।
विशेष निवास व्यवस्था (Unique Stays)
रहने की व्यवस्था शांतिपूर्ण, प्राकृतिक और अनूठे स्थानों पर की जाएगी, जो आत्म-चिंतन व रचनात्मकता को बढ़ावा दें।
शराब निषेध (Strictly No Alcohol)
शराब व नशीले पदार्थ पूर्णतः वर्जित हैं। उल्लंघन पर तुरंत सदस्यता समाप्त कर दी जाएगी।
